Ikanos test will provides a digital profile based on the European digital competence framework DIGCOMP 2.2. Ikanos test is simple, it works on any device and has been taken by tens of thousands of citizens, professionals, teachers and students until 2026.
It takes about 25 minutes to complete and upon finishing, the results can be downloaded as a a personalized report on PDF format.

There are other specific ikanos questionnaires for different professional profiles that apply to organized groups. At the end of the diagnosis, access to the registered data is provided to guide the design of the training.
The initiative by the Basque Business Development Agency (SPRI) promotes the assessment of professional digital skills to boost competitiveness and digital transformation within the Basque Country’s business sector. Through this grant programme, it facilitates the training and upskilling of workers and professionals in key technological skills. This call for applications, aligned with the European digital skills framework DigComp 3.0, aims to reduce the digital divide in the workplace and responds to the market’s growing demands in the field of technology, promoting the safe, effective and responsible use of advanced digital tools to actively contribute to economic growth and employability in the Basque Country.
